Service Description
1 to 1 & Group Pre and Post Natal Pilates. In Studio or At Home Also small group sessions available. 1 hour session tailored to you and your body. Suitable for all stages of pregnancy. You should consult your doctor or midwife before starting any new exercise to make sure it is suitable for you. The Benefits of Prenatal Yoga Prenatal yoga is a gentle, supportive practice designed to nurture both body and mind during pregnancy. Supports a Strong, Comfortable Body Prenatal yoga helps maintain strength in key areas such as the legs, hips, back, and pelvic floor. This support can ease common pregnancy aches including lower back pain, pelvic discomfort, tight hips, and postural strain as the body adapts to pregnancy. Improves Posture and Alignment As your centre of gravity shifts, posture often changes. Prenatal yoga encourages awareness of alignment and teaches safe ways to stand, sit, and move, helping to reduce tension and prevent unnecessary strain. Encourages Relaxation and Calm Breathing techniques and guided relaxation help calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and support emotional wellbeing. Many women find prenatal yoga offers valuable time to slow down, tune inwards, and feel grounded during a period of significant change. Enhances Breath Awareness for Birth Breathwork is a key element of prenatal yoga. Learning how to breathe calmly and efficiently can be incredibly helpful during labour, supporting focus, relaxation, and pain management. Promotes Pelvic Floor Awareness Rather than simply “tightening,” prenatal yoga teaches how to both engage and relax the pelvic floor. This balance is essential for pregnancy, birth, and postnatal recovery. Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY Canceling Your Course You can cancel your course up to 14 days before the first class of the course and receive a refund minus a £15 cancellation charge. This is to cover our financial fees and administration time. After that time you have the option to gift your course to another person or sell them your space. We are not responsible for finding a replacement for your space due to the very limited number of class spaces on each course others will not be able to book once the course is full. All classes are booked on a first come first serve basis. Your space is not secure until you have booked and paid in full and received a confirmation email from us. What happens if your class is cancelled We will issue refunds back to your card if a class is cancelled or does not run. Or if a class is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. We reserve the right to cancel a course if the minimum number of spaces is not filled usually minimum of 4 clients is needed. Each course will run at the owners discretion. If a course is cancelled due to circumstances outside of our control we will refund clients booked on the course or refund for the class that is cancelled or does not run. We will make an effort to do everything within our control to run a course as advertised. However, if there is a breakdown in the facilities ie: heating not working, flood or other reason it is not safe to run the course we will run in an alternative venue or refund as appropriate.
