I have been supporting the health and wellbeing of East Hampshire since 2015, I’ve taught over 6,000 Pilates classes and helped countless clients move more freely, feel stronger, and reconnect with their bodies. Proud to be finalists in the 2025 Muddy Stilettos Awards for Best Yoga Pilates Studio in East Hampshire and Isle of Wight.

Whether you’re recovering from injury, easing tension, or simply want to build strength and confidence after childbirth, my small Pilates and Yoga classes provide a supportive, professional space where real results happen.

What is Hatha Yoga?

Hatha Yoga is a gentle, traditional style of yoga that focuses on combining physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and relaxation. It’s designed to bring balance to both body and mind, helping you build strength, improve flexibility, and release stress. Suitable for all levels, Hatha Yoga is an excellent way to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and create a solid foundation for overall wellbeing.
