Summer Yoga & Pilates Classes this July- August

What better way to beat the heat-wave this summer than in our light, air-conditioned studio for a strengthening Pilates class or some relaxing Yoga class. Every Tuesday and Wednesday this July and August.

Join expert teacher Amanda Frost for a spot of lunchtime Pilates on Mondays from September. Or book an early morning Pilates or Yoga class on Tuesdays.

Group Yoga

Beginners Pilates - Wednesdays 7.30pm

If you are brand new to Pilates or it has been a while since you took a class this is the course for you.

Are you looking for a small class with a very experience Pilates teacher?

Do you have back problems and want some help finding your core?

Our Beginners Pilates course on Wednesdays at 7.30pm are perfect for complete beginners to learn the basics. Intermediates are also welcome to join and options will be given for those wanting to take the next step with each exercise.

There is a maximum of 10 spaces on each course so as to give everyone individual attention. Early booking advised on the Classes Page.
