​Amanda Frost, founder of Body Free Pilates, brings over two decades of experience in Pilates and movement education. Beginning her career as a professional dancer and actress, Amanda retrained in Yoga and Pilates before working with top global companies including Google, Time Warner, AOL, and John Lewis HQ, delivering corporate wellness programs across London.
Now based in East Hampshire, Amanda provides tailored workplace Pilates programs for businesses looking to create a culture of wellbeing. Her sessions are fully inclusive, accessible to all fitness levels, and designed to meet the unique needs of your team.
