GENTLE YOGA IS BACK! In Person Yoga - Mixed Ability 7 week course. Gentle Yoga is a great way to get back your fitness. Beginners are welcome. Small class with experienced teacher. Yoga Moves is a wonderful strength building Yoga class to help you build strength, confidence and flexibility in your body. Simple to follow with lots of demonstration. All ages and sizes are welcome! Absolute Beginners welcome! At Wickham Institute, Binsted You will need to bring with you: - A non slip yoga mat - Wear comfortable clothes you can move in. Spaces are strictly limited. Online Booking is essential and early booking advised. Free Parking for clients outside the venue. We accept ApplePay, GooglePay, Debit/Credit cards and cash. Cancellation Policy
​CANCELLATION POLICY ​​ ​ Canceling Your Course ​ You can cancel your course up to 14 days before the first class of the course and receive a refund minus a £15 cancellation charge. This is to cover our financial fees and administration time. After that time you have the option to gift your course to another person or sell them your space. We are not responsible for finding a replacement for your space due to the very limited number of class spaces on each course others will not be able to book once the course is full. All classes are booked on a first come first serve basis. Your space is not secure until you have booked and paid in full and received a confirmation email from us. ​ What happens if your class is cancelled ​​​ We will issue refunds back to your card if a class is cancelled or does not run. Or if a class is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. We reserve the right to cancel a course if the minimum number of spaces is not filled usually minimum of 4 clients is needed. Each course will run at the owners discretion. If a course is cancelled due to circumstances outside of our control we will refund clients booked on the course or refund for the class that is cancelled or does not run. We will make an effort to do everything within our control to run a course as advertised. However, if there is a breakdown in the facilities ie: heating not working, flood or other reason it is not safe to run the course we will run in an alternative venue or refund as appropriate. ​ Last Updated: March, 2026
